TEE TIME TRAVELS – BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS By completing this reservation, the person making the booking (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and all members of their party. PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION & CAPACITY All reservations are for private transportation for your group only. Tee Time Travels vehicles accommodate a maximum of 8 passengers per vehicle. Customers are responsible for accurately reporting the number of passengers and the amount of luggage, golf clubs, and other equipment traveling with the group. Service is subject to the safe passenger and storage capacity of the vehicle. PAYMENT & RESERVATION CONFIRMATION Full payment is required to confirm a reservation unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Tee Time Travels. A trip is not considered reserved until payment has been successfully completed and a booking confirmation has been issued. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Because Tee Time Travels provides private transportation and reserves the vehicle exclusively for your group, the following cancellation policy applies: A non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total reservation amount is required at booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 80% will be automatically charged to the card on file 14 days before your first scheduled pickup. Reservations made within 14 days require full payment at booking. Cancellations made 14 or more days before pickup will forfeit the 20% deposit, with no additional payment due. Cancellations made 7–13 days before pickup will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total reservation amount originally quoted. Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup and no-shows are non-refundable, and the full reservation amount will be charged. CUSTOMER BOOKING RESPONSIBILITY Customers are responsible for reviewing their reservation and ensuring that all information provided is accurate, including travel dates, pickup times, pickup and drop-off locations, flight information, passenger count, and itinerary details. Tee Time Travels is not responsible for missed or disrupted transportation resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the Customer. CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS Changes to dates, times, pickup or drop-off locations, passenger counts, stops, flights, or other itinerary details are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Changes that materially alter the original reservation may result in additional charges. Any additional charges must be paid before the modified service is provided unless otherwise agreed to by Tee Time Travels. FLIGHT DELAYS & AIRPORT PICKUPS Tee Time Travels will make reasonable efforts to monitor and accommodate verified flight delays. Significant flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, multiple flight arrivals, additional airport pickups, or other circumstances that materially alter the confirmed itinerary are subject to vehicle and driver availability and may result in additional charges. Customers arriving on different flights should disclose this information when booking whenever possible. WAIT TIME, UNSCHEDULED STOPS & EXTENDED SERVICE Reservation pricing is based upon the itinerary and service selected at the time of booking. Unscheduled stops, additional destinations, extended waiting periods, significant Customer-caused delays, or transportation beyond the confirmed itinerary may result in additional charges and are subject to driver and vehicle availability. NO-SHOWS Customers are responsible for being available at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time and maintaining reasonable communication with Tee Time Travels. If the Customer or group cannot be located and does not respond to reasonable attempts to contact them, Tee Time Travels may consider the reservation a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable. HOURLY & FULL-DAY RESERVATIONS Hourly and full-day reservations provide exclusive use of the vehicle during the confirmed service period and are subject to the minimum booking requirements shown at the time of reservation. Service extending beyond the reserved period is subject to vehicle and driver availability and may result in additional hourly charges. VEHICLE AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION Tee Time Travels intends to provide the reserved Tee Time Travels vehicle. However, mechanical failure, accident, safety concerns, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may make the reserved vehicle unavailable. When reasonably possible, Tee Time Travels may arrange comparable substitute transportation. If Tee Time Travels is unable to provide the reserved transportation or reasonable substitute transportation, the Customer will receive a refund for the affected portion of service not provided. TRAFFIC, WEATHER & CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL Pickup and travel times may be affected by traffic, accidents, road closures, severe weather, airport operations, governmental actions, natural disasters, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond Tee Time Travels’ reasonable control. Tee Time Travels is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate with Customers, adjust when feasible, and provide transportation as safely and efficiently as circumstances permit. Tee Time Travels and its drivers reserve the right to delay, modify, discontinue, or cancel transportation when road, weather, vehicle, passenger, or other conditions make continued transportation unsafe. PASSENGER CONDUCT & SAFETY The safety of our passengers, drivers, vehicle, and the public is our highest priority. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, unlawful activity, threatening or abusive behavior, harassment, interference with the driver, intentional damage, or any conduct that reasonably compromises safety is prohibited. Tee Time Travels and its drivers reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate transportation when reasonably necessary because of unsafe, unlawful, threatening, destructive, or severely disruptive passenger behavior. Transportation terminated as a result of prohibited passenger conduct may be non-refundable. ALCOHOL Where permitted by applicable law and Tee Time Travels policy, passengers of legal drinking age may consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. Customers and passengers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws. Tee Time Travels reserves the right to refuse transportation or discontinue alcohol consumption when intoxication or passenger behavior creates a safety concern. DAMAGE & EXCESSIVE CLEANING The Customer making the reservation accepts financial responsibility for damage to the vehicle caused by the Customer or any member of their party beyond ordinary wear and tear. Customers may also be responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair, replacement, and related costs resulting from excessive mess, bodily fluids, vomiting, smoking or vaping, spills, broken glass, stains, excessive mud or debris, intentional damage, or other conditions requiring professional cleaning or repair. Damage charges may include reasonable parts, labor, professional cleaning, remediation, and other direct costs necessary to restore the vehicle to its prior condition. PERSONAL PROPERTY Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, including golf clubs, luggage, electronics, wallets, phones, and other property. Customers should inspect the vehicle for personal belongings at the conclusion of transportation. Tee Time Travels is not responsible for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged personal property except to the extent such responsibility cannot legally be excluded. SERVICE CANCELLATION BY TEE TIME TRAVELS If Tee Time Travels cancels a reservation and is unable to provide reasonable substitute transportation, the Customer will receive a refund for the portion of transportation that Tee Time Travels was unable to provide. To the extent permitted by law, Tee Time Travels is not responsible for consequential or third-party expenses resulting from a cancellation or delay, including airfare, lodging, golf reservations, meals, missed tee times, or other travel-related expenses. FARES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to the itinerary and service originally reserved. Customer-requested changes, additional stops, additional waiting time, extended service, parking, tolls, airport or venue fees, or other services outside the original reservation may result in additional charges when applicable. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION By completing the reservation, the Customer represents that they are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorizes Tee Time Travels and its payment processor to charge the amount shown for the reservation, as well as any additional charges subsequently authorized or properly incurred under these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits a Customer’s rights under applicable payment-card or consumer-protection laws. COMPLETED SERVICES Transportation services that have been fully rendered are non-refundable. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By selecting Reserve Now, submitting payment, and completing the reservation, the Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the reservation details and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Tee Time Travels’ cancellation policy on behalf of themselves and all members of their party.
